How to transfer your domain to eveDomains

Updated

Go to: https://domains.neweve.com/site/transfer

Enter the domain name you wish to transfer in the search box and click Transfer. Make sure you enter the full domain name including the extension, for example yourdomain.com.

You will need to have your domain’s EPP/authorisation code ready. This is a unique code assigned to your domain that is required to authorise the transfer. You can obtain this code from your current domain registrar — check your registrar’s control panel or contact their support team if you are unsure how to retrieve it.

Before initiating the transfer, also make sure that:

  • Your domain is unlocked at your current registrar. Most registrars apply a transfer lock by default, which must be removed before a transfer can proceed.
  • The domain is not within 60 days of its original registration or a previous transfer, as ICANN rules prevent transfers during this period.
  • The WHOIS contact email address on your domain is accurate and accessible, as a confirmation email may be sent to that address to approve the transfer.

Once you have submitted your transfer request and entered your EPP code, eveDomains will begin processing the transfer. Transfers typically complete within 5 to 7 days, depending on your current registrar.
